At our next HelloDigital MeetUp, Nikolaus Stemmer (a Berlin-based UX/CX Director, researcher, and speaker with more than 25 years designing digital products) takes on the question most brands and design teams are avoiding: what happens to digital brand experience once AI becomes the gateway, not the website?
