AIRA – AI-ratkaisuilla inhimillistä kestävyyttä ja tuottavuutta tietotyöhön on valtakunnallinen kehittämishanke, jossa edistetään tekoälyn vastuullista ja vaikuttavaa hyödyntämistä työelämässä. Tampereella järjestettävä AIRA-työpaja kokoaa yhteen paikallisen ja kansallisen tason toimijoita sekä yksityisen sektorin edustajia keskustelemaan tekoälyn vaikuttavuudesta, tuottavuudesta ja ratkaisujen skaalautumisesta. Työpaja toteutetaan yhteistyössä valtiovarainministeriön kanssa. Työpajan pohjana ovat paikallisen tason, kansallisen tason ja yksityisen sektorin ratkaisut, joita käsitellään tasavertaisina esimerkkeinä. Näiden tapausten kautta etsitään toimintamalleja, jotkatoistuvat ja jotka voidaan siirtää toimijalta ja sektorilta toiselle. Pääpaino on siinä, miten hyvin ratkaisut skaalautuvat eli millä edellytyksillä yhdessä paikassa todennettu hyöty saadaan käyttöön myös laajemmin. Tavoitteena on, että jokainen osallistuja saa mukaansa konkreettisia näkökulmia, työkaluja ja toimintamalleja oman organisaationsa kehittämiseen. Ydinkysymys on, miten tekoälypiloteista ja tekoälykehittämisestä syntyvä hyöty voidaan tunnistaa jo etukäteen ja realisoida käytännössä mitattaviksi tuloksiksi.
