[Amsterdam] Perform at Depth Cohort: 2-Day In-Person + 2 Months Integration
About this event
Building the company and growing yourself are not competing priorities. The most effective founders work on both at the same time. Sharper under pressure. Stronger relationships. A quality of presence that compounds. 🌱
The next level asks for a different kind of capacity.
Most founders have built the discipline to push. Fewer have built the capacity to recover cleanly, decide well under volume, and lead from depth. That gap is where this weekend works.
Perform at Depth is a two-day in-person cohort in Amsterdam, followed by two months of applied integration. The focus is the person behind the company.
You work in a curated group of peers: founders navigating similar terrain. The methodology is rigorous and playful in equal measure.
The quality of the shared space is both the resource and the practice. Together, you'll repeatedly enter a deeply resourceful collective state and immediately use it to recover, repair, learn, solve real founder challenges, and make meaningful progress on your work.
By the end of the weekend, in addition to having experienced it, you'll know how to intentionally recreate the conditions that make it possible in your own workflow, meetings, teams, and daily leadership.
You leave with a clearer map of where you are, what is creating drag, and the most important lever to work with next. 🎯
Then the work continues. Four hours of post-event group integration sessions and eight weeks of weekly calls mean you do not lose what you built in the room.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You complete a short self-assessment across five leadership capacities and a questionnaire on your current challenges and recurring patterns. This shapes part of the weekend so the work is directly relevant to what is most live for your cohort right now.
THE METHODOLOGY
🌊 We-Flow , developed by a collective of practitioners in Amsterdam, brings applied collective intelligence and relational leadership practice. It works with the live dynamics between people: how attention, trust, commu

Uncommon Ground: Pop-up Creator & Makerspace
Welcome to our pop-up creators’ and makers’ space: an open, low-barrier environment where people of all disciplines can come together to create. Bring your own tools, whether that’s a laptop, a sketchbook, a typewriter, or a crochet kit and spend time sketching, making, coding, writing, painting, sewing, or building. The concept is simple: no workshops, no formal program, just an open space where everyone is welcome to focus on their own project or get inspired by others. It’s about creating side by side, with minimal structure and maximum accessibility. We can learn and inspire each other. Whether you want to work on your side project, procrastinate your side project with a new side project, or learn a new skill, or just drink coffee - you're welcome to drop by anytime during 10-18h for as long or short as you want. The event is intended to cross-pollination between different disciplines, spark fresh ideas, and inspire participants to explore skills outside their comfort zone. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or experience.

The AI Coding Adoption Ladder & The MCP Wire
We are thrilled to welcome you to our 12th edition of AI Native Netherlands, hosted at the Studytube headquarters in Amsterdam. In this edition, Pini takes the organisational view of AI coding adoption - how it progresses across an engineering org and the order things tend to break as it scales. Aleksei goes hands-on into the tooling - what happens when you build an MCP server the way the docs suggest, where it falls apart, and the pattern that replaces it. A massive thank you to our host, Studytube, for their generosity in providing the venue and drinks for this evening and for supporting the Dutch AI engineering community. We'll cover: How AI coding adoption progresses across an engineering org, from first licences toward a mostly automated delivery process The order things usually break as adoption scales: coordination, review, testing, context, security boundaries, ownership, CI/CD, and product flow Why faster individual developers don't automatically mean faster team delivery The platform and infrastructure foundations for scaling AI-generated code safely Where traditional MCP tools fit, and where they hit their limits Giving a model an API plus a sandboxed code environment instead of writing a new tool for every use case Running model-generated code safely: sandboxing, module allowlists, CPU and memory limits, static analysis, and audit logs Speaker 1: Pini Reznik (re:cinq) Pini Reznik is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the software industry. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of re:cinq, experts in Cloud Native and AI Native engineering. Former software engineer, Co-Founder of two successful consulting businesses and an O’Reilly author. Talk: The AI Adoption Ladder: From First Licences to the Dark Factory AI coding tools make individual developers faster, but many teams discover that delivery does not improve at the same rate. PR volume rises, review queues grow, tests become less convincing, context gets messy, and eventually
