Slow weekends: ft AOH

Bengaluru, India, Bengaluru, India
In person

Sundays were made for doing very little, and we're doing it in style. Slow Weekends is back with a midday hangout hosted by Pooja Sinha & Abhimanyu. Think easy energy, good company, and a one-hour reset before the week starts creeping back into your head. Come as you are. Roll in, find a spot, say hi to someone new or settle in with the people you came with. The mood is relaxed, the kind of party where nobody's checking the clock (even though it's only an hour, so make it count). Bring your good vibes and your best Sunday-mode self. The location is still to be announced, so keep an eye on this page for the details.

Voice AI Buildathon: Build an AI That Can Interview

Bengaluru, India, Bengaluru, India
In person

Paytm × AI Garage | Bengaluru Most Voice AI demos stop at having a conversation. In this buildathon, we’ll go one step further: build Voice AI agents that interview people, understand what they’re saying, and turn conversations into useful structured outcomes. We’ll start with a walkthrough of a real AI hiring automation built by AI Garage. Then, you’ll choose one of two challenges and build your own interviewer agent. No slide-deck hackathon. We end with working demos. Part 1 | Host Walkthrough: AI Hiring Automation We’ll start by breaking down a real workflow: Candidate applies → AI voice agent calls → conducts screening interview → transcript is evaluated → structured candidate data is generated → next action is triggered We’ll look at how the different pieces work together: Voice AI conversational prompting follow-up questions structured data extraction LLM evaluation workflow automation human review downstream actions The goal isn’t to copy the hiring use case. It’s to understand the primitives well enough to build your own interviewer agent. Part 2 | Buildathon Choose one of two challenges. Challenge 1: Personal Interviewer Agent What if you never had to fill another application form manually? Build an agent that can take an application/form, understand what information is required, and interview the user over voice to produce the answers. For example: Application/Form → Agent understands questions → Voice interview → Follow-up questions → Draft answers → User review The agent shouldn’t simply read every form field aloud. A strong agent should understand what information is missing and probe for better answers. If a form asks: Tell us about something you've built. The agent might ask: What exactly did you build? What part did you personally own? Who used it? What happened as a result? Is there a number or outcome we can include? At the end, the user should receive a structured draft ready for review. Human approval stays in the loop before anything is submitt

RSI Research Mixer

Bengaluru, India, Bengaluru, India
In person

About the Event A curated gathering for researchers, engineers, founders, and technical builders exploring recursive self-improvement and self-learning AI systems. AI agents are becoming more capable, but the harder question is how they learn from experience, retain useful knowledge, evaluate their own work, and improve safely over time. The RSI Research Mixer brings together people working across research, infrastructure, developer tools, reinforcement learning, evaluations, memory, and agentic systems for an evening of practical conversations and shared learning. This is not a pitch night. It is a research-led gathering for people actively building, experimenting, or trying to understand what self-improving AI systems could look like in real-world environments. What we’ll explore Recursive self-improvement and self-learning agents Memory, feedback loops, and continual learning RL environments and world models Evaluations, verification, and agent reliability Developer infrastructure for long-running agents Moving research ideas into practical systems Event format Spotlight Talks Short sessions from researchers and builders sharing what they are working on, what they have learned, and where they are still stuck. Research Discussion An open conversation around the technical opportunities, limitations, and safety considerations of self-improving AI systems. Open Networking Meet researchers, founders, engineers, independent builders, and people exploring the next generation of agentic systems. Who should attend? AI and ML researchers Engineers building agentic systems Founders and startup operators Developers working on AI infrastructure and tooling People exploring RL, evaluations, memory, or world models Independent builders and open-source contributors 📍 Paytm Office, Bellandur 📅 October 24th 2026 Hosted by AgentR Ecosystem Partner: Paytm AI Interested in presenting your research, sharing an experiment, or joining the discussion? Hardware Guild: Makers × Manufacturers

Prerana Engineering Works, Bengaluru, India
In person

Makers Meet Manufacturers Hallo humans of science! We’re back with another Hardware Guild: Show n’ Tell, and this time we’re doing something a little different! Most of us spend our time designing, building, and tinkering with hardware. But how often do we actually get to sit down with the people who manufacture things for a living? This time, we’re bringing the two worlds together! We’re hosting our next meetup at Prerana Engineering Works, and we’re inviting manufacturers from across Peenya to join us. The idea is simple: get makers and manufacturers in the same room. Whether you’re curious about how things are manufactured, want to understand what it takes to turn a prototype into a product, or just want to meet people who’ve spent years making things, this is your chance. And of course, it’s still a Show n’ Tell! BRING: Your prototypes, projects, and half-finished experiments Questions you’ve always wanted to ask a manufacturer Design files, schematics, and documentation Ideas for open-source hardware products and kits Your curiosity (and snacks!) WHAT’S HAPPENING: Show n’ Tell: Bring your projects, show us what you’ve built, and get feedback. Meet the Manufacturers: Talk directly to people working in manufacturing and learn how things work on their side. From Prototype to Production: Understand the challenges, processes, and decisions involved in actually making things at scale. Community & Collaboration: Meet fellow builders, exchange ideas, and maybe find someone who can help bring your next project to life. No pitches, no formalities. Just people who love making things, getting together to learn from each other. Venue: Prerana Engineering Works, Peenya, Bengaluru In collaboration with: PCB Cupid, SillyCuts & Absurd Industries Come show us what you’re building!
