About this event

About the Event
A curated gathering for researchers, engineers, founders, and technical builders exploring recursive self-improvement and self-learning AI systems.
AI agents are becoming more capable, but the harder question is how they learn from experience, retain useful knowledge, evaluate their own work, and improve safely over time.
The RSI Research Mixer brings together people working across research, infrastructure, developer tools, reinforcement learning, evaluations, memory, and agentic systems for an evening of practical conversations and shared learning.

Building an ABM Strategy from Scratch

Bengaluru, India, Bengaluru, India
In person

You can have a great product and a strong sales team, but selling into high-value accounts requires a different approach. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) brings sales and marketing together around a focused set of accounts, with the goal of creating meaningful engagement and driving revenue from the accounts that matter most. Speaker Navien Ramesh, Head of Growth @ Hyperverge Navien works on growth at Hyperverge, with hands-on experience building and executing growth strategies in B2B environments. In this session, he’ll share practical lessons from his experience with ABM, including what worked, what didn’t, and how to think about ABM as a revenue-driven growth motion. What will you learn? In this session, you’ll build a practical understanding of ABM, from deciding whether it’s right for your business to actually putting the strategy into action: Build & execute an ABM strategy that connects marketing activity directly to revenue. Know when ABM makes sense and what types of businesses and sales motions benefit from it. Identify and prioritise high-value accounts based on potential business impact and long-term value. Understand what makes ABM work and why programmes fail, including timing, alignment, targeting and execution. Explore the tools and playbooks that can help you build and run an ABM motion. Learn from real examples through case studies and lessons from Navien’s experience. Put it into practice with a hands-on activity to start building your own ABM strategy. Who should join? Founders, B2B marketers, GTM leaders, sales professionals, growth teams and anyone responsible for acquiring and growing high-value accounts. Especially if you’re wondering: “Is my business actually ready for ABM?” “Which accounts should we focus on?” “How do I get sales and marketing working together?” “What should an ABM campaign actually look like?” “How do I know if my ABM strategy is working?” About The GTM School This season, The GTM School is hosting a 15–20 event series runni

The Jev Build Jam with ai & weekends x Devfolio

Bengaluru, India, Bengaluru, India
In person

A researcher behind ChatGPT spent two years building a different kind of AI. Come build with it. GODSPEED is a four-hour build jam around Jev, TypeSafe AI’s newly released model built for fast, structured decisions. Instead of asking an AI model to generate a long answer and then figuring out what to do with it, Jev is designed to make small, specific decisions your software can act on. Give it a situation. Ask it what should happen next. Get back a choice, score or probability. Then build around it. The model launched only a few days ago, so the experiments are still wide open. What can you build? Give a game character an instinct. Build an agent that knows when to stop. Race Jev through Wikipedia. Turn films, ideas or people into a live map of meaning. Build something completely different. There are no fixed problem statements. The goal is simple: Your input → Jev makes a decision → Your software does something We’ll start by understanding the research and getting your first Jev call running. Then you’ll form teams, pick an idea and build the smallest version people can actually use or play with. At the end, everyone demos. Agenda 12:00–12:20 PM — Meet Jev + understand the research 12:20–12:40 PM — Make your first call, find teammates + choose a build 12:40–2:20 PM — Build 2:20–2:35 PM — Break + try other projects 2:35–3:20 PM — Final build sprint 3:20–4:00 PM — Demo time Before you come Read the Jev launch post if you want to understand the idea beforehand. Explore the Jev documentation if you want to get a head start. We’ve also put together the GODSPEED Builder Guide with build ideas, examples and everything you need for the jam. Come solo or bring friends. Bring your laptop, charger, coding environment and curiosity. Godspeed.

Tech Tuesdays: Building Advanced Manufacturing for the World

Bengaluru, India, Bengaluru, India
In person

India has long built its global reputation as the world's services engine. The next wave will be designed, engineered, and manufactured in India, for the world. A new generation of Indian companies is moving beyond cost-led manufacturing. They are building differentiated products, owning critical IP, and competing in some of the world’s most demanding markets. This is the decade of Built in India, Engineered for the World. But a breakthrough prototype is only the beginning. The difficult part is turning it into a product that can be manufactured repeatedly, delivered reliably, certified globally, and supported in the field. Yield, quality, supplier depth, talent, capital, and execution become just as important as the underlying technology. For this edition of Tech Tuesdays, we are bringing together deep-tech founders, operators, and builders for a candid conversation about what it takes to build an advanced manufacturing company from India for the world. The conversation A sharp, opinionated offline fireside chat between Jishnu Bhattacharjee, Partner at Nexus Venture Partners, and Effy John, who brings hands-on systems engineering experience from Pixxel and is now building a DeepTech company in stealth. You can expect an honest, practitioner-led discussion about the decisions, trade-offs, and execution challenges involved in building globally competitive physical products from India. What we’ll explore: From prototype to production: What changes when a working prototype must become a repeatable, high-yield product? From supplier to product company: How can Indian companies own product design, critical IP, quality, and the end-customer relationship? Building for the world from day one: What does it take to meet global expectations around certifications, reliability, supply chains, and field support? Owning versus partnering: Which manufacturing capabilities should startups build internally, and where should they rely on external partners? Scaling the factory floor: H
