A recorded customer call carries a voice fingerprint - biometric data under GDPR - and that holds for your evaluation set just as much as for production. We show how sovereign AI unlocks use cases an external API may never touch, and why the same setup turned out cheaper. Talk #2: The Agent, Your Business Need [Martin Mayr, Adrian Dimaano] More businesses than ever explore the use of agentic workflows to automate manual tasks.
