Yes, you can run with your pretzel if you want! 😄 What is this about? Most people run their easy runs too hard. This one stays deliberately easy at around 6:30 per kilometre, slow enough to hold a conversation the whole way, which is exactly the pace where your aerobic base actually gets built. The pretzel afterwards matters as much as the running does. What to expect A flat 5K along the Isar in Munich, starting and finishing at Isarpark. We send you off in batches of ten, so you are never out there on your own. Run your own pace or stick with a group that matches it. No clock, no results list. Pretzels and a hang out in the park once everyone is back. Anyone who can cover five kilometres at a talking pace, whether you run three times a week or are easing back in after a long break. You do not need to be fast and you do not need to bring anyone.
