The Pretzel Run is back for a second edition: an easy 5K along the Isar with Longevity Munich, during the run & followed by pretzels in the park.
Yes, you can run with your pretzel if you want! 😄
What is this about?
Most people run their easy runs too hard. This one stays deliberately easy at around 6:30 per kilometre, slow enough to hold a conversation the whole way, which is exactly the pace where your aerobic base actually gets built. The pretzel afterwards matters as much as the running does.
What to expect
A flat 5K along the Isar in Munich, starting and finishing at Isarpark.
We send you off in batches of ten, so you are never out there on your own.
Run your own pace or stick with a group that matches it. No clock, no results list.
Pretzels and a hang out in the park once everyone is back.

Who is it for?
Anyone who can cover five kilometres at a talking pace, whether you run three times a week or are easing back in after a long break. You do not need to be fast and you do not need to bring anyone. Plenty of people show up alone and leave with company.

Free to join, no ticket needed.
Please be there at 18:00. The warm up starts on time and the first batch leaves right after.
No bag drop, so bring only what you can carry while running.

Bring your own pretzel if you can, the bigger the funnier. We bring a stash as well, so nobody stands there empty-handed.
