Almost no one can achieve this. In this talk, we’ll show how Kubernetes can be attacked despite seemingly secure configurations, and how these security gaps can be identified and closed. \-\-\- Talk 2: Chris Bingham, CTO Switzerland, Fujitsu Paddelbuch – How Kiro Changed the Game In 2024 I presented the history of paddelbuch.ch - serverless geospatial information system built on AWS to support the Swiss paddle sports community. Then Kiro arrived! So what happened next? What did I accomplish with Kiro? And how did one, unexpected, conversation at AWS re:Invent 2025 massively change the technical underpinnings of Paddelbuch? All these questions and perhaps more will be answered in this session. \-\-\- Talk 3: Christian Blättler, zeitlos.software A swiss, cloud-native Alternative to Vercel and Heroku Vercel and Heroku make it easy to deploy your apps but hard to leave. Lucity is my open-source take on the same developer experience, built on standard Kubernetes and Helm, with one hard constraint: you can eject at any time and keep running without it. I'd like to go deep on these decisions that are driven by the ejectability constraint of Lucity: – why Lucity has no Database and how it derives its entire state from Kubernetes and it's surrounding systems. – why Lucity discovery state lucity.dev/\ labels instead o

Shipping Code with AI Agents: What People Are Actually Using

ETH AI Center, Zürich, Switzerland
In person

Coding agents have moved fast, and most of us are figuring them out as we go. Some things work well. Some quietly create problems that only show up weeks later. A few short talks, then open discussion. The focus is practical: how to ship agentic code efficiently, what the pipelines around it look like, which tools hold up under real use, and what we can learn from each other. Speakers: - Boris Paskalev CEO, and Mark Müller, CTO, LogicStar AI - Marc Willhaus, Head of Software, optohive AG - We still have a speaker slot available if you'd like to share slides or a live walkthrough of your setup - 20 minutes or less. Everyone in the room is building something. Founders, technical co-founders, engineers and researchers whose hands are on the code. Places are limited, so we confirm registrations individually. If you have something you would be up for sharing, even informally, let us know in the form. It does not need to be polished. War stories are as useful as success stories.
