Why now
The 2026-27 Budget proposed replacing the 50% CGT discount with inflation indexation and a 30% minimum tax on gains, from 1 July 2027.
The measures are proposed and not yet law. That is the point. 2026 is the window before the change lands, and the smart money repositions early.
When gains are taxed harder, income does more work. The after-tax case for yield gets stronger, and the rotation is already underway.

Two engines, one room
The yield engine. Private credit, property credit, listed income and yield ETFs. The income that holds up when the tax on gains gets heavier.
The growth engine. Private equity, venture, growth and a curated group of innovators. Most portfolios are under-exposed here. This is the direct access to fix that.
You see both in a single day, from the managers and founders running them.

What you will leave with
Twenty curated opportunities. Screened income and growth strategies, positioned for the change in how gains are taxed.
A clear read on the rotation. Leading managers on how to reposition before 1 July 2027, not after.
A room of 500-plus. Australian investors, allocators, family offices and the managers raising capital, closing on drinks.

How the Sydney day runs
Morning: yield, property and funds. The income you are already buying.
Afternoon: growth. The exposure you are missing, innovators included.
Throughout: trade tables, networking and drin
