Prompt Workshop 5: Build Agents for Studies

About this event

Prompt Workshop 5 — Build Agents for Studies
Study season is back. Most people use AI to answer individual questions — one prompt, one response, done. A study agent does something different: it runs the whole workflow. Input a topic, research it, compress what matters, quiz you on it. No manual hand-off between steps.
Agents can also act as personal assistants for you along your study journey, managing your calendar, following deadlines, helping you with communications and finding interesting events and opportunities.
For this workshop, we're building one from scratch. By the end of the session, you'll have a working study agent.
Join us for a hands-on workshop on:
How study agents differ from a single AI prompt — and why the gap matters
Building a multi-step agent loop
Live build-along: everyone ships a working agent before we close
Debugging and improving agent reliability
Skill level: Intermediate — assumes you've used Claude or another AI tool before; we won't cover first principles

Upright Project Founder Story

Startup Sauna, Espoo, Finland
In person

Join us at Startup Sauna for Upright Project Founder Story, an evening with Annu Nieminen, co-founder and CEO of Upright. Annu started Upright in 2017, after studying Information Networks at Aalto, to build a model that quantifies the real-world consequences of companies. Upright is a Helsinki-based technology company. Its AI engine sizes sustainability impacts, risks and opportunities from scientific research, not just what companies report about themselves. Today it is used by 300+ companies, investors and advisors. Upright's data also powers TIME and Statista's World's Most Impactful Companies 2026 list. In this founder story, we'll get into how Upright came together, what it takes to build this kind of company from Helsinki, and what the journey looks like when the problem is bigger than a product. Come by, bring your questions, and get inspired. Snacks and refreshments will be served.

What do investors look for in hardware founders? Come hear insights from both sides of the table and learn about hardware funding whether you are looking at a career as a founder or an investor, or you are just curious.
