Munich | Claude Impact Lab

09:00 · Europe / BerlinTheresienstraße 6, München, Germany

Two weeks ago, a room full of different jobs, different backgrounds, and different worries sat down to talk through one question: what does AI mean for my job? No panel, no pitch — just small groups working it through over cheese boards and wine. Now we build something out of it. This is the Claude Impact Lab: a full day where we make our own local answer to that question — not a hackathon for its own sake, but a working session grounded in what the room actually told us. People described getting time back for creative work, and the same speed showing up as pressure on everyone. They talked about judgment becoming the scarce resource once execution gets cheap, about trusting (and checking) what the model hands back, and about who gets left behind as access to these tools becomes its own kind of gap. We're picking up those threads and building something real from them, together, in one day. You don't need to be technical to be useful here — the best teams will be mixed, same as last time. Anthropic are providing $200 in Claude API credits to every participant. German & English speaking. Agenda: Arrive – coffee, first hellos Recap – what came out of the conversation evening Build, part one – turning themes into a real local answer Lunch Build, part two – refining and preparing to share Show & tell – each group presents what they made Doors close Thanks so much to Make for hosting us again — this time on the 1st floor. More details about arrival coming soon.
