London PyTorch #28

📅 Sunday, 25 October 2026 🕕 14:00 to 16:00 📍 How Matcha, 47 Blandford St, W1U 7HQ, London (map) 🗣️ Hosting in English 🎟️ Free (you pay for your own drink) Matcha & Walk is a relaxed Sunday afternoon walk in London, starting at How Matcha in Marylebone and heading through Regent's Park, hosted by Longevity London. What is this about? Walking is one of the most studied habits linked to a longer, healthier life, and it also happens to be one of the easiest ways to meet new people. So we keep it simple: a good drink in hand, a loop through one of London's prettiest parks and conversations that come naturally when you walk side by side. What to expect You start at How Matcha, order a matcha (or a coffee, no judgement) and meet the group. After a short round of intros, we walk up Marylebone High Street and into Regent's Park at an easy pace. Halfway through, we stop by the Boating Lake and talk about what matcha actually does for your health, including L-theanine (an amino acid in green tea linked to calm, focused alertness). Schedule 14:00 Meet at How Matcha and grab a drink 14:20 Welcome and a short round of intros 14:35 Walk via Marylebone High Street to Regent's Park 15:15 Matcha break by the Boating Lake 16:00 Ending Who is it for? Good to know Look for the red Longevity document, that's us. Bring a jacket. We're outside for about two hours and late October can be a little fresh. The clocks go back the night before. Your phone will manage, your alarm clock might not. We'll take photos for our social channels. If you'd rather not appear, just tell us on the day. Free to join. RSVP so we know how many of us to expect. Longevity London is part of Longevity Cities, a global community making science-based longevity accessible, open, and human. Shaping our future with AI. Creating opportunity through AI fluency, connection and community. No jargon. No hype. No confusing terminology. Join us for our next in-person meetup in London on Tuesday 27th October. The theme of this meetup is "Building awesome agents" and we're thrilled to have Tara Ojo Agyemang from Google joining us to explain the Agentic Web and the role of WebMCP. Tara is followed by Nick Ferrel who is hands on building Agentic solutions are Focused. Nick isn't going to show us a magical "hello world" of building agents, instead he's going to talk about the final 10%, the important overlooked work that takes a great demo and makes it a production ready product. Where and When? Tuesday, October 27th Doors open at 18:00 Talks start at 19:00 AutogenAI, 123 Pentonville Rd, London N1 9LG Talk 1: Building For The Agentic Web With WebMCP AI agents are starting to use the web on our behalf, booking tickets, filling in forms and comparing products. Today most of them do it the hard way, by reading screenshots and guessing at the DOM. It works until a button moves or a layout changes, and it leaves site owners with no say in how agents interact with their product. WebMCP proposes a different approach. In this talk we'll look at what WebMCP is and how it differs from what's available today. About Tara: Tara Ojo Agyemang is a Developer Relations Engineer on the Google Chrome team, based in London. After ten years as a software engineer, she now helps developers adopt new web platform capabilities in an increasingly agentic world. Talk 2: The Last "10%" - Converting your agentic system from a demo to reliable, profitable production app We will talk through the most common gaps we've seen in production agentic systems and the most impact full ways to cover those gaps. We will dig a bit deeper into evals and observability and ask the audience for some of their pain points and interests. Lastly I will show examples of what everyone should look at for the near
