You know that advice women get constantly? Earn your seat at the table. Fight for it. Be quiet until you've proved yourself.
Yeah. We're not doing that.
Even seats is a long-table breakfast for women founders and women startup operators. The people building companies and the people running them belong in the same room, talking to each other, over good food and (a lot of) coffee at a perfectly reasonable hour.
We don't do panels here. We don't do keynotes either (we leave that to techbbq:).
Every seat here is equal. You don't need to know anyone, drop anyone's name, or work the room.
You show up as you are. Building something, running something, figuring something out, and that's more than enough to earn your chair.
