Atlassian for Startups: Demo Night

363 George St, Sydney, Australia
In person

CALLING ALL BUILDERS! If you wish to demo your product, please fill out this form here: Open Google Form A curated evening of production-grade AI demos built by founders, engineers, and researchers. The focus is on real systems: working agents, automation layers, developer tools, and vertical applications that deliver observable impact. Atlassian is hosting this event and will share a bit of information about the Atlassian for Startups program but the demo lineup spans far beyond the Atlassian ecosystem. The objective is to showcase the most credible, high-leverage applied AI work happening in the community. Preferred demo types. Product born out of AI-native startups: a product invented out of an organisation with artificial intelligence as it core foundational architecture, operating model, and value proposition Autonomous or semi-autonomous systems operating on real data with minimal human steering. Workflow automation that removes coordination steps in product, engineering, ops, or support. Developer tools that accelerate understanding, coding, testing, or deployment. Knowledge systems that turn unstructured inputs into reliable, actionable outputs. Multi-agent coordination with clear delegation and error-handling behavior. As always, food and drink, engaging conversation, and incredible company will all be provided! Demo List: we will select 5 demo among the people keen to share (apply here). Note that everyone is welcome to attend and network! Please be advised: Space is limited at these events and we can not always accept everyone we would like to. If you are not accepted to this event, please keep applying! We appreciate your application tremendously and we are looking forward to seeing you at a future event very soon!

A former Beauty and Health Director at Vogue Australia with over two decades in publishing, she’s now building Australia’s first editorial e-commerce platform. She hosts the Beautiful Inside podcast and speaks on brand, media, business and building a career on your own terms. Who should attend Editors, writers and creatives inside a big title, quietly weighing whether to leave it. Founders building in beauty, fashion or wellness, working out how editorial, community and commerce fit together. Brand and communications leaders rethinking where authority sits now that the gatekeepers have changed. People whose careers look complete from the outside, and who are asking what that is costing them on the inside. What you'll take away A clearer view of how influence in beauty and media has moved from the magazine to the founder-led platform, from someone who has worked both sides. An honest account of what it takes to leave a title that defines you, and what you find when you do. Pickleball Basic Rules & Scoring Before your first time playing, please check out this 5-min video which covers the basic rules and scoring: https://youtu.be/pDDwZgepQeE We'll use traditional scoring rules with games up to 11 (you need to win by 2 points). Beginner Tips Don't worry about looking silly - everyone does at the beginning. Before you serve, make sure you say the score, otherwise you will quickly lose track of it. Try to notice your most common mistake to improve that. Try to get to the kitchen line quickly - don't hang back at the base line like tennis. The serve has to be under arm 'in an upward arc' - so no downward slicing, tennis style serve or side arms.
