Founder Firesides: Building a GTM Engine That Scales

Dogpatch Labs, Dublin 1, Ireland
In person

Founder Firesides: Building a GTM Engine That Scales, from OpenAI × Dogpatch Labs, is a practical conversation for founders working towards their first €1m in revenue or scaling from €1m to €10m. Finding your first customers is one challenge. Building a repeatable go-to-market engine is another. With AI changing how companies find, engage and convert customers, founders face growing pressure to move faster and achieve more with fewer resources. We're welcoming back Stan Massueras from ElevenLabs, the AI company recently valued at $22 billion. As General Manager for Western Europe, Stan leads regional GTM strategy and execution. A former VP at Intercom, startup founder and active angel investor at 20sales.ai, he brings experience across building, scaling and backing companies. He'll share what works in GTM today, where founders should focus their efforts and how to use AI to build more effective sales and growth strategies. Who it is for The event is open to Dogpatch Labs members and the wider startup community. It will be particularly useful for: Founders working towards their first €1m in revenue Founders scaling from €1m to €10m CEOs and co-founders developing their GTM strategies Sales, growth and commercial leaders at early-stage startups What to expect A candid conversation about finding the right customers, building repeatable sales processes and deciding where to invest time and resources, followed by questions from founders navigating similar challenges.
