Dinner with Entrepreneurs Raleigh: Girls Night Out Edition

AUG7
19:00
  • This dinner event gathers small groups of entrepreneurs in Raleigh for informal networking and community building.
  • It targets entrepreneurs seeking to meet new people and support local businesses in a casual setting.
  • The event encourages spontaneous social connections and ongoing relationships among attendees.

About this event

Hey, entrepreneurs !
When was the last time you did something completely spontaneous? Our series groups together complete strangers for a fun night out. That's right, you sign up, and we book the restaurant. We know life can get busy. Don't forget to spend time making new friends! Why do city life alone when you can build your community with us. This project is to host dinners in 100 cities to combat loneliness while supporting locally owned businesses.
Each month, dinner is held at a different restaurant. These dinners are not directly associated with the restaurants, but are simply based on a table reservation. The pin on the map is not the location but a placeholder Eventbrite gives for the zip code. Locations are discussed with registrants. Feel free to reach out prior to signing up to see about number of signups and proposed restaurant of the week for the date you have in mind.
This micro-event is intended to be for 4-6 people maximum. If the evening you signed up for does not hit the minimum number of signups, please be open to joining us on another night with a fuller group. Check out our feature in Eventbrite's 2025 TRNDS report about embracing the micro-event trend.
Watch our feature on Fox 11 Los Angeles!
Please see here for our coverage in Nashville Fox 17's Growing Nashville segment.

How does it work?
*After you register, you'll be emailed an introduction message including a quick questionnaire regarding age, hobbies, and interests . We utilize your answers to guide us to a reservation at the restaurant of the week!
*Your registration does not include your individual food and drink purchases. A paid ticket simply makes you more committed to actually showing up.
*If you sign up the day of the gathering and do not get a welcoming message from us in time, simply email ermantourageimpact@gmail.com, request a refund, or please be open to joining us on another evening.

Our vision is simple: we take the no gimmicks approach to networking. No need for yet anot

Walking Mastermind™ for Climate Founders and Leaders

Raleigh Founded - North Street, Raleigh, United States
In person

We’re excited to bring Walking Mastermind™ to Raleigh-Durham Climate Week, organized by Carolina Climate and Raleigh-Durham Startup Co., and to continue our partnership with Carolina Climate, creating space for founders and leaders to connect, learn from each other, and strengthen the climate community across our region and beyond! Join climate founders, leaders, community builders, and curious professionals for a walk, meaningful conversations, and an easier way to meet people without having to work the room a moment before the Raleigh-Durham Climate Week (RDCW) officially begins for the first time right here in the Triangle. Read More HERE Each month we have a theme for the walk: Our November theme is GRATITUDE, a chance to appreciate the founders and beyond working with purpose toward a healthier planet, recognize those who make that work possible, and pause to give ourselves some credit along the way. WHAT TO EXPECT Let’s answer a few questions you might have 🙋 Can I come alone? Absolutely. Many people do. You do not need to know anyone before you arrive. We will pair you with 1–2 people for the Walk & Talk. 👟 What should I wear? We let you choose, whether that’s casual, workout clothes, everyday clothes, or whatever you’re wearing to the RDCW event that day. It all works! We usually walk about 1 mile at a conversational pace, about a 20–25 minute walk, so wear any shoes you’re comfortable walking in around downtown. No special walking gear needed. 💬 What will we talk about? Each month, we explore a focused theme connected to work, life, and how we navigate both, with a few questions to guide the conversation so you do not have to figure out what to talk about or how to get started when you walk. The questions are there to get you started, not to keep you on a script. If your conversation takes you somewhere else worth exploring, follow it (we just want you to enjoy the walk & talk). 👋 Do I have to introduce myself to everyone? No long introductions and no eleva

Digital Sustainability for Good Business

Raleigh Founded - North Street, Raleigh, United States
In person

Every company needs digital infrastructure: laptops, cloud storage, SaaS tools, websites. In an increasingly tech-heavy and climate-focused world, that infrastructure is a key part of your carbon footprint. As enterprise customers, government contracts, and investors push for Scope 3 emissions accounting down their supply chains, companies that can't answer emissions questions about their own digital operations are at a real disadvantage. In this session, Jen McFarland of Marit Digital introduces "sustainable tech" with insights for founders and operators. Where is your digital footprint actually coming from? How do you get the information to make digital procurement decisions? We'll talk device lifecycle management, green hosting, cloud and file hygiene, and leaner websites. You'll leave with a technology evaluation framework you can use immediately, and a practical list of what to start measuring now before your biggest customer asks.
