Build your AI Sidekick with Hermes

OCT10
11:00 · Asia / Kolkata

About this event

Most founders are still doing outreach and follow-ups by hand, one thread at a time, and losing the ones that needed a reply at 11 PM. This session fixes that, live. We build a WhatsApp agent from zero, on Hermes, that reads incoming messages, drafts replies, and books meetings on your calendar, with a human approval step so nothing sends without your yes.

This isn't a demo. Everyone in the room stands their own version up, on their own number, on their own machine, and walks out with it running.

What we're building:
A WhatsApp agent wired to Hermes, handling inbound messages end to end
An approval layer so drafts wait for your yes before they send
A calendar hook so the agent can actually book a meeting, not just talk about one

Good for:
A founder who replies to leads from bed at midnight and wants that handled for them
An operator juggling client threads across multiple numbers who wants one place drafts wait for approval
Anyone who has missed a real opportunity because a message sat unread for a day

Who it's for: Founders and operators doing their own outreach and followup, who want it running without babysitting every thread.

Format: In person, Noida. Bring your own laptop, fully set up before you arrive (prerequisites shared after RSVP).

You leave with: A WhatsApp agent live on your own number and your own machine, reading messages, drafting replies, and booking meetings on your calendar, with an approval step so nothing sends without your yes. Plus the base config to keep it running after today, and a first real conversation already proven to work.
