Code + Counsel’s Legal AI Community Hackathon: Building Common Ground is a free, three-hour public-interest design sprint exploring how AI and legal knowledge can help address everyday challenges facing underserved communities. Participants from legal, technology, product, design, public service, and community backgrounds will work in teams of four to five to develop practical concepts, workflows, or prototypes focused on issues such as housing, employment, consumer protection, public benefits, and access to essential services. No coding experience is required, and individuals may register without a team. The event includes brunch networking, team formation, guided build time, project presentations, and recognition for standout ideas. Ages 18+ to participate but children are welcome & encouraged to attend if a parent is participating; advance registration required.

Builders & Brews: Hack Edition ☕️💻 Builders & Brews, our flagship builder community event series, is getting a hands-on build-day twist and going global. Nebius and Tavily are taking a special tour to 20 cities worldwide, bringing workshops, technical support, and focused build time to the global AI community. Please RSVP ahead of time so we can get an accurate count on coffee. Everybody will check in at the ground floor security desk before heading up to the 5th floor. Please bring a government-issued ID for check-in. Code and Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way. Some people (optionally) bring projects to work on, and some come and (also optionally) socialize the entire time. We encourage everyone to attend our variety of workshops and events we host each meetup, but it's entirely up to you to just come in and hangout!
