How unconscious patterns shape the way we work, perform and succeed.
Why do we feel the need to achieve more, perform better or prove ourselves?
The way we work, handle pressure and make career decisions is often shaped by more than ambition alone. Past experiences and unconscious patterns can influence behaviours such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, fear of failure, overworking or the constant need for recognition.
In this speech, we explore one central question
What are you trying to prove — and to whom?
The goal is to build greater self-awareness, understand what may be driving us beneath the surface and learn how awareness can lead to more conscious choices in work and life.
Expect personal storytelling, psychological insights and practical self-reflection.
After the speech, we will come together for an open group discussion, giving everyone the opportunity to reflect on the topic, exchange thoughts and hear different perspectives. We will then end the evening with some time for networking, connecting and informal conversations.
No previous knowledge or personal sharing is required.
It is an invitation to reflect, become more aware of your own patterns and perhaps leave with a different understanding of what really drives you.
