  • Attendees will develop clear projects and actions to gain control and confidence before the year-end.

About this event

Build a business that can let you step away this Christmas

Does the run-up to Christmas leave you scrambling?
And when you finally take a break, are you still checking emails, answering team questions and wondering what is happening back at work?
The Escape Plan is a practical 90-day planning session designed to help you prepare the business before December arrives.
Over one focused morning, you will identify what currently depends too heavily on you, decide what needs to change, and build three clear projects to make the business easier to step away from.
Not only for Christmas.
Think of it as a dress rehearsal for building a business that can run without you constantly holding everything together.

You will leave with
a clear picture of what must be ready before you step away
two high-impact business projects for the next 90 days
one practical Project Me to improve your leadership and execution
clear measures and first steps for each project
an operational checklist covering your team, customers, money and suppliers
the first actions booked in your calendar
greater confidence that you can finish the year strongly and take a proper break

This workshop is for you if you
own a business with staff or contractors
feel the business still relies too heavily on you
want to take a proper Christmas break without living on your phone
know there are systems, decisions or conversations you have been putting off
want your team prepared before the end-of-year pressure hits
want to finish the year with control rather than stumble exhausted into December
Whether you plan to disappear for several weeks or simply want a calmer Christmas period, you will leave knowing:
What matters. What you need to stop avoiding. And what you are doing next.

What to bring
Just bring:
An open mind
A willingness to make a few important decisions
No need for your laptop. You’re encouraged to get away from your screen so you can focus.
