Everyone Builds with Claude. Only R&D Ships. So I Can Sleep at Night
Claude changed who gets to build software.
At Imagen, that no longer means just R&D. Product, Operations, Support, and other teams can experiment, connect tools, and build working AI-powered solutions on their own.
We decided not to fight that.
Instead, we moved the boundary.
Everyone can build. Only R&D ships to production.
To make that possible, we built a harness that separates fast experimentation from production-grade software. It runs as a service on Kubernetes, with CI/CD, version control, and a shared execution layer. Every capability is packaged as a skill that combines scripts, connectors, instructions, and rules.
That means people can move fast without needing to understand the infrastructure underneath. And when

AI Paper Club: From Research to Reality

Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel
In person

AI Paper Club brings together researchers, engineers, founders, and AI practitioners to explore one AI research paper in depth. Our first session will focus on Bilinear Mamba-Koopman Neural MPC for Varying Dynamics, written by Matan Pagi and Zohar Sorek. We will begin with dedicated reading time. Everyone will receive the paper on arrival and can read it independently or work through it with people they meet in the room. This gives every participant time to engage directly with the research before the discussion begins. After the reading session, Matan and Zohar will introduce themselves and walk us through the work, including the problem they set out to solve, the approach they developed, and its potential applications. We will then open the conversation to everyone in the room to ask questions, challenge assumptions, exchange perspectives, and explore where the research could lead. No panel and no passive audience. Just one paper, its authors, and a room full of people ready to think about it together. Sponsored by AI Paper Club is hosted by Psistar, Microsoft for Startups, and Hetz Ventures, bringing together applied research, startup experience, and the people building the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI. Psistar builds a real-time, physics-informed expert for critical operations, powered by proprietary models and a neuro-symbolic architecture. Its perception layer, PsiFM, forecasts physical sensor signals zero-shot, without retraining for each new site. Its cognition layer, Rosetta, turns engineering schematics into a structured plant model the agent can reason over. Together, they ground the agent’s decisions in both live system behavior and engineering knowledge, making them more accurate and reliable. Microsoft for Startups helps founders build fast, scale smart, and sell more. Startups can access Startup credits and unlock up to $150K over time, while gaining access to AI tools, technical guidance, and go-to-market support designed to

Deploy for Startups #1 by DeployTLV

Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel
In person

Deploy for Startups #1 We’re launching a new Deploy series for people inside Israel’s leading tech companies who are actually using AI in their day-to-day work. For our first event, we’re partnering with Script.it. This isn’t about AI theory or another panel about the future of work. It’s about showing how people are already using AI inside real companies, across different roles and teams. This week's focus: AI workflows that actually get used We’ll hear from Hila from Agora, who uses Script.it in her work and will share how she’s using it in practice. Then Hadar from Script.it will break down one of his own automations for sourcing leads on LinkedIn, including how the workflow actually works behind the scenes. Format: A short set of practical demos and stories, followed by plenty of time to meet other people using AI inside some of Israel’s top tech companies. Expect people across marketing, product, operations, sales, engineering, HR and other functions. The goal is simple: see what other teams are doing with AI, steal good ideas, share what’s working, and meet the people actually implementing this stuff. No generic AI panels. No “AI is going to change everything” presentations. Just real workflows, real use cases, and the people deploying them. What is Deploy for Startups? Deploy for Startups brings together people inside leading companies who are actively experimenting with and implementing AI at work. If you’re using AI to make your team faster, automate part of your job, build new workflows or rethink how your company operates, you’re probably a good fit. Spots are limited to keep the room high quality. Apply now. Make sure to follow @deploytlv on IG to stay up to date. By attending, you agree to: • Be respectful, professional, and follow all venue rules and laws. • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind. • Accept that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. U.S. Visas & Immigration 101 for Startup Founders

Online, Israel · Israel Startup Founder 101
Online

Building a company in the U.S. is hard enough. Doing it as a non-citizen founder means navigating an immigration system that was never designed with startups in mind. This 101 session breaks down the essentials in plain English. You'll get a clear map of the visa paths open to founders, how they differ, and what each one actually asks of you when you're the one building the company. We'll also look at how milestones like fundraising and revenue shape your options, and the mistakes that quietly put a founder's status at risk. Bring your questions for a live Q&A at the end. ❯❯ RSVP now at https://fi.co/e/405316/meetup to get your link and join us live! This event is hosted in partnership with Manifest Law , a modern immigration law firm helps founders and companies get the visas they need to build in the U.S. — O-1A, E-2, L-1, H-1B, and green cards. Learn more at: https://gomanifestlaw.com/founderx ❯ What You'll Learn: Which U.S. visas are actually open to founders, and how the main options differ What "self-sponsorship" really means, and when it's possible How fundraising, revenue, and traction can strengthen or complicate your case The status risks hiding in a pivot, a down round, or a slow start, and how to plan ahead Where to start if you're building in the U.S. without a visa strategy yet ❯ Who Should Attend: Non-citizen founders building, or planning to build, a company in the U.S. Founders already on a visa who are fundraising, pivoting, or scaling International entrepreneurs deciding which visa path fits their plans Anyone who wants the immigration basics before sitting down with a lawyer . ❯❯ Don’t miss this live, interactive online event packed with valuable insights!
