Karol Harabasz is the Site Lead at Dropbox and a seasoned engineering leader who has spent his career building and scaling tech organizations in Poland. He specializes in growing engineering sites from the ground up, fostering high-performing teams, and making remote, global collaboration actually work. Deeply passionate about organizational design and modern development practices, Karol is a frequent speaker and mentor in the tech community. Additionally, Karol focuses on making a positive impact by supporting local NGOs. He’s also a proud cat dad to three rescues and firmly believes that real leadership is about lifting others up—both inside and outside the office.
