Stockholm | Claude for Designers Vol. 3

About this event

Beyond the AI Hype
Get ready for the Vol. 3 of Claude for Designers in Stockholm! We have four honest talks on designing for 1 Billion people, AI browser, agentic software creation, and clinical safety.
The talks
The 3-second rule - Tushar (Truecaller)
A person has about three seconds to decide whether to answer a call or trust a message. For Truecaller's 500m+ users, every screen has to make that moment count. With Claude in the loop, moving from design system to merged PR takes hours instead of weeks. The goal is not to ship more, but to spend that time where those three seconds are on the line.
Making browsers for the AI future - Alex (Opera)
How do people actually think about AI in their browsers: as a tool, an assistant, or something they don't quite trust? This case study from Opera explores how user research and the design process shaped the integration of AI into the browser, from early insights and iterations to real user feedback.
Software for an audience of one - Jonny (Lovable)
What happens to software when the person using it is also the one making it? This talk explores the return of personal software: the Geocities spirit of building something for yourself, ambient apps that generate themselves around you, and what changes for designers when a product no longer has to work for everyone.
Shipping fast in medtech - Orhoy (Tandem)
How do you design AI tools for clinicians who have a few minutes per patient and zero patience for change? Through three candid stories, this talk explores how to distinguish clinical habit from patient safety, from a layout change that triggered an immediate complaint to a research round where 11 of 13 doctors rejected a core output, all while keeping product development moving.

Climate Resilience in the Age of AI – An Evening with Innovators

Soho House Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden
In person

The climate crisis is accelerating. So are AI capabilities. What becomes possible when these two realities meet? An evening to explore how AI can help communities prepare for and adapt to a changing climate, bringing together climate experts, technologists, innovators and organizations working on the frontlines of climate change. Through powerful climate storytelling, leading research and practical examples from around the world, we will look at where AI can make a real difference, from understanding risks earlier to helping communities protect lives, livelihoods and ecosystems. The stage program will bring together perspectives from climate science, AI research and innovators applying technology in practice. You will also have the opportunity to meet seven international organizations developing AI solutions for communities already facing the effects of climate change. Expect to be surprised by what AI is already making possible, and to leave more hopeful about what comes next. You’ll hear from Alexandre Antonelli — Executive Director of Science at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew Dr. Heïdi Sevestre — Glaciologist, polar explorer and climate communicator Victor Galaz — Associate Professor of Political Science, Stockholm Resilience Centre and Stockholm University Olof Mogren, PhD — Co-Founder, Climate AI Nordics, and Research Director, Deep Learning, RISE Dr. David Dao, Co-founder & Chief Scientist, GainForest Kenneth Kou, Head of Venture Lab, Prosper Global Ventures Anna Lerner-Nesbitt — Founder and CEO, Climate Collective Salah Said — Director of Sustainability, Klarna More speakers and participating organizations will be announced.
