For the past year, most companies had one AI goal: get people using it. Now the invoices from frontier labs have arrived, input token usage keeps climbing and the question has changed from adoption to accountability, i.e. what does the company get back for the money? Tokenomics is an event for the people being asked that question. You'll hear from internal AI teams and operators about how they run AI ops, from model choices to governance to budgeting. Nobody has it all figured out yet. That's why it's worth comparing notes in a room filled with peers working on the same problems. ⏰ Agenda 17.40 Doors open 18.00 Demos & Lightning Talks 19.00 Networking Food and drinks will be served! 🌮 🎤 Talks & demos Why we built an internal AI Gateway (Ville Lehto, Aiven) How we offer frontier and open weight models and what's the true impact of having an AI gateway beyond just cost savings. Real life AI: Frontier vs Open Weight (Filip Yonov, Aiven) How we benchmark frontier and open-weight models by governance, compliance and cost per task against how well each one performs on real work. More talks to be announced soon! 😎
