Tech Tuesday: Water Technology Networking Event
Join us for a Tech Tuesday focused on water technology innovation, commercialization, and industry collaboration. Water challenges are increasingly urgent across Utah, the Mountain West, and the world. From water quality and treatment to reuse, sensing, PFAS, atmospheric water harvesting, infrastructure resilience, and sustainable resource management, university researchers are developing technologies with the potential to make a meaningful impact beyond the lab. Speakers include: Dr. Ling Zang, Professor of Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Utah, also serving as the Associate Dean for Research for the Price College of Engineering at the University of Utah Mr. David Cumming, Chairman of the Cumming Foundation and Co-Chair of the Great Salt Lake Alliance Dr. Saroosh Mortazavian, Environmental Engineer at Carollo Engineers Dr. Marian Rice, Moderator, Director Peak Water Sustainability Engine This event is designed for faculty, researchers, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, policy-makers, and anyone interested in water technology innovation and commercialization.
