At our Claude Conversation on July 22, San Diego sat with one question: Who decides the rules? We talked about what it means for our community, what we could do about it, and what's in the way. Now we build. The Claude Impact Lab is a build evening where we make our own local answer to that question. Real teams, a real problem pulled from our conversation, and working things by the end of the day. Our focus will be transparency and accountability.
