Product Sense and Knowing When to Trust It
The Balance Between Listening and Leading

Some product decisions are obvious. Most are not.

Product managers, designers, and founders often find themselves making decisions with incomplete information, conflicting signals, and no clear right answer. Over time, repeated exposure to users, problems, and outcomes develops into something many people call product sense.

But what actually is product sense?

When should we trust user feedback?
When should we trust the data?
And when should we trust our own judgment?

This meetup explores how product sense is built, where it comes from, and where its limits begin to appear.

You'll leave with insights on

How strong product intuition develops through repeated exposure to users and product decisions
The difference between understanding problems and inventing solutions
Why users are often reliable sources of problems but not necessarily of solutions
How to make decisions when there is no clear right answer
Where intuition can become a strength, and where it can become a liability

Expect practical examples, healthy disagreement, and perspectives that challenge conventional product thinking.

We have three exciting speakers lined up, each offering a unique perspective on what product sense looks like in practice.

Speakers are

1. Stina Pagliero – Product Sense: Deciding Without a Clear Right Answer
Product sense is one of those concepts everyone talks about but few can clearly explain. Stina explores what product sense actually looks li

Copenhagen | Claude for Fintech

CodeNode Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark
In person

Join a Claude Community Event, organized by local enthusiasts for everyone who loves building with Claude Code! The first Claude meetup in Copenhagen focused on fintech and financial services. Financial services is one of the most demanding places to put AI to work. The upside is obvious: faster analysis, leaner compliance workflows, better customer communication, AI-native products. The constraints are just as real—sensitive data, regulation, auditability, legacy platforms, and model cost. Nothing here ships on enthusiasm alone. The question isn't whether to use AI in finance. It's what has to be true before you can scale it. Built for fintech founders, CTOs and product leaders, developers working in or around financial services, and compliance, risk and governance profiles using AI in their day-to-day. Three practitioner talks at 20 minutes each, followed by a panel debate. The focus is on the parts of the work where AI is actually changing things. Governed AI adoption, and how to get from shadow AI and scattered experiments to something you can defend in an audit Cost-aware model strategy: routing, caching, and making AI spend visible Incumbents on the offensive, modernising legacy platforms in banking and pensions AI-native fintech, building product and customer experience around AI from day one Real workflows from people who have shipped them inside a regulated business Hosts Jacob Langvad Nilsson (LinkedIn), Claude Community Ambassador and co-founder of Applied Futures. Agenda 16:00 Doors open 17:00 Welcome 17:10 Talk 1 17:30 Talk 2 17:50 Talk 3 18:15 Food, drinks and networking 19:00 Panel debate and audience Q&A 19:55 Wrap-up 20:00 End Presented by Claude Community Events, in collaboration with Anthropic. Many thanks to CodeNode for providing the venue and supporting the community.

Demo Day & Ecosystem mixer 2026

BLOXHUB, Fæstningens Materialgaard, Mødelokale Los Angeles, Copenhagen, Denmark
In person

This is what building looks like. Every Demo Day looks the same: a hockey-stick graph, a "we're basically the Uber of X," and a big ask at the end. But this one doesn't. Instead of watching startups pitch, you'll watch founders talk. Really talk. About how they actually got here. Even Founders is the leading incubator for women founders in the Nordics. We're hosting our second Demo Day, bringing together those founders and our entire community of supporters under one roof. What to expect: 🧢The Panel: A conversation with founders who walked through our Startup School and built their companies completely differently: funded, bootstrapped, exited, and all still figuring it out. 🧩The Floor: After the panel, wander through live demos, story walls, and open conversations with the founders. Different stages, different paths, different ways of building. 🍸The Mixer: Come see what building really looks like, in all its forms, and celebrate the companies they're building. We'll also be sharing our latest Impact report, a look at what women founders across the Nordics have built with us so far. See you there! *By signing up for the event, you agree to be contacted by Even Founders. *By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their publication or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes on website, social media, or any other purpose by Even Founders.

/pay™ Nordic Fintech Edition: How to make money inside AI.

Copenhagen FinTech Lab, Copenhagen, Denmark · Copenhagen Fintech
In person

AI is now where people buy, and increasingly where software buys on their behalf. Most businesses still have no way to get paid there, and no way to let their agents pay. That was the conversation at Stockholm Fintech Week in March, and at the first two /pay™ nights in April and May. Developers, founders, product people, all asking the same thing: how do I put my business inside any AI ecosystem, and how does money move once I'm there? We're bringing /pay™ to Copenhagen for Nordic Fintech Week on Day 0. Join us for one afternoon in three parts. ◌ A short talk on how payments work when the buyer is a person, an assistant, or an agent. We will cover how to pay and get paid across any AI ecosystem: Apps: get your product paid inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and more Assistants: sell inside the conversation Agents: give your agent a mandate and a wallet ◌ A hands-on workshop where you turn your API or your MCP server into a tool inside Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and get paid every time it's used. ◌ Then the lounge is ours until early evening: food, drinks, and a room full of people building the same thing from different angles. No experience with agentic payments required. If you have an API, a product with a chat in it, or an agent that needs to spend, this afternoon shows you how money moves inside AI. Want to leave with something monetisable? Bring your laptop. Hosted by SolvaPay, the payment platform for AI. Agenda 13:00 Doors open, coffee 13:30 Talk: pay and get paid by people and agents 13:45 Q&A 14:00 Workshop: get paid inside AI apps (laptop needed, live in under an hour) 15:15 Mingle: food, drinks, demos at the bar 18:00 Close
