First Talk: Keeping data private in real-time pipelines by Olena Kutsenko, Confluent
Real-time data — clicks, payments, messages — is full of personal information we're not supposed to leak. The challenge: how do we keep streaming data useful and safe at the same time?
We'll explore practical privacy protection patterns in streaming systems using Kafka, Flink, and Iceberg — from masking and tokenizing PII, to why "anonymous" data often isn't, to techniques like k-anonymity and noise injection. With real-world deanonymization stories and live demos included.

Second Talk: From Edge to Gateway: architecting your OpenTelemetry Collector deployment by Marcin "Perk" Stożek, Elastic
As OpenTelemetry adoption scales, the Collector becomes your observability backbone — but deploying it effectively means knowing what to run and where.
We'll cover the full Collector fleet lifecycle: demystifying binaries (standard, EDOT, and custom OCB builds), mapping deployment topologies from edge agents to centralized gateways, and tackling fleet management at scale — from static configs to dynamic orchestration with

Coffee & Lift Sunday — Women+ Gym Meetup

19grams Alex – Coffee Roastery, Berlin, Germany
In person

When I first started strength training, I was intimidated, confused, and nowhere near consistent. I kept thinking it would be easier if I just had other women around me going through the same thing. So I'm starting exactly that — for women who want to be more serious about their strength training, get extra accountability and a community of women. Up until now we've been running Coffee & Lift on Saturdays. We're now expanding to Sundays too, so we can make room for more women and get more of us stronger together. This one is on a Sunday, at Holmes Place Gendarmenmarkt. How it works We meet in front of a cafe, grab a coffee, take a walk together, and end at a gym nearby. Want to train after? Great — work on your own program or buddy up with someone. Prefer to just do the walk and grab a coffee? Also great. What matters is that you're surrounded by other women who are interested in getting stronger. 9 free gym passes on us for Holmes Place Gendarmenmarkt! If you've always wanted to join a Coffee & Lift but haven't been able to, this is your sign — we have 9 free gym passes to give out! All we ask in return is a quick story from the session tagging @womensliftclub. Please only claim one if: You have never had a free day pass from Holmes Place before. This one is important, it's a condition from our gym partner. You don't already have a Wellpass, Urban Sports Club, or Holmes Place membership. Let's make sure they go to the right people! How to claim your pass: there's nothing to do in advance. Just come to the event and you'll go into the gym together with the host, who will sort everything out on the day. Please do make sure you actually turn up, because a claimed pass that goes unused is a spot another woman could have had. Please note: by claiming a free pass, you agree that your name and email address will be shared with Holmes Place, and that they may contact you in future about their own offers and marketing. Free filter coffee from 19grams this week! 19grams is

Pricing AI Adoption

Berlin, Germany, Berlin, Germany
In person

From Individual Usage to Company-Wide Adoption How packaging and pricing turn AI experimentation into sustainable growth. AI products often begin with individual experimentation, but sustainable growth depends on turning that early usage into team and organisation-wide adoption. Reasoning Project together with Stripe Metronome and Langdock are bringing together a small group of founders, engineering leaders and operators building AI agents and autonomous workflows. We’ll explore how trials, usage limits, seats, credits and enterprise plans can reduce friction, demonstrate value quickly and create a commercially sustainable path from individual usage to broader adoption. In discussion with: Lennard Schmidt (Co-founder & Co-CEO at Langdock) Finn zur Mühlen (Co-founder & CEO at telli) Agenda 18:30 - Doors open 19:00 - Fireside discussion 19:45 - Bites, drinks and vibes 21:30 - Goodbyes, doors close About Reasoning Project Reasoning Project brings founders and technical builders across Europe and the US together with leading venture firms and generation-defining companies.
