New Tech, Old Rules

Embassy House Coworking Medborgarplatsen, Stockholm, Sweden
In person

The best technologies rarely arrive in markets that are ready for them. Education, healthcare, the public sector, and adoption of sustainable solutions moves slowly and carefully because the stakes are high. Decisions affect real people, real budgets and entire systems. So what does it actually take to convince cautious buyers to embrace something completely new? Join founders building immersive learning, health tech, sustainability products and embodied AI as they share the real stories behind bringing breakthrough technology into the world. No buzzwords. No polished success stories. Just an honest conversation about what it takes to build the future before everyone else sees it. Speakers include Dr. Vijeta Sharma (Senior Researcher at RISE, Sweden and HPC-AI, Expert Sweden AI Factory), Jady Pamella (AI Engineer, Founder/CEO of SoiQet, Co-founder of Tree++, ex-Bank of Brasília), and Jakub Kreft (CEO of Unicorn VR World, trained 400+ VR therapists across Poland), talking about how breakthrough technology gets adopted in traditionally cautious sectors. Who’s it for? Founders. Investors. Operators. Innovation leaders. Corporate decision-makers. Educators. Healthcare professionals. And anyone curious about how emerging technology goes from “That’ll never work” to “How did we ever live without it?” Why come? Because the best conversations rarely happen on stage. Hear what founders have learned the hard way, meet people building ambitious things, and leave with fresh ideas, valuable connections, and maybe even your next customer, investor, collaborator or co-founder. This is an event run during Nordic Tech Week. The event is independently organized by the hosts. If you have any questions about Nordic Tech Week events, reach out to events@nordictechweek.org, if it's about the individual event, we kindly direct your questions to the hosts.
