At our first meetup, Miami Raise Lab: From Deck to Deal, we’ll focus on what happens after the pitch deck is finished: preparing for diligence, understanding how investors evaluate opportunities, and building the relationships that move a round forward.
The event will include a practical diligence-prep workshop, a panel featuring founders and funders, and dedicated networking time. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to prepare for investor conversations, what founders should expect during diligence, and how to build meaningful connections with others raising, investing, and operating in Miami.
