​Founders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. ​Every Saturday morning we gather together and run through Tiergarten. Join us in one of these 3 routes: ​\ 5K – for new & beginner runners ​\ 7K – for regular runners ​\ 11K – for more experienced runners OBS: We are usually around 30 people, between regulars and newcomers (from here and from Luma), so don't be scared if there are not a lot of people confirmed on the event here. The pace is chill and conversational, around 6:30. On the 7k and 11k some people like to push a bit more, but no one gets left behind. We finish with a nice coffee and amazing conversations. When I first started strength training, I was intimidated, confused, and nowhere near consistent. I kept thinking it would be easier if I just had other women around me going through the same thing. So I'm starting exactly that — for women who want to be more serious about their strength training, get extra accountability and a community of women. How it works We meet in front of a cafe, grab a coffee, take a walk together (25min walk), and end at a gym nearby. Want to train after? Great — work on your own program or buddy up with someone. In a proof of concept, AI is a feature. In production, it becomes infrastructure. The impressive demo is the easy part. Shipping it means confronting everything the prototype was allowed to ignore: maintenance, integration, failure, accountability, cost, and the people whose work will be reorganized around the system. Organizations often treat Proof-of-Concept Prison as a technical problem. But many prototypes remain prototypes because nobody has made the decisions a real product requires. Ownership stays vague, budgets remain temporary, and delivery teams inherit risks they do not have the authority to resolve. Choose a story or topic, talk, then rotate and meet someone new. Here are a few examples: “Why I changed careers at 31.” “Why I failed a promotion?” “How I navigated the stress of applying for a visa.” “How I found my way into tech.” What you’ll leave with: a story that stays with you, advice you can use, and a connection worth following up on.
