Wie verändern Künstliche Intelligenz und der demografische Wandel unseren Arbeitsmarkt? Welche Zukunftskompetenzen brauchen Menschen und Organisationen, um anpassungsfähig zu bleiben? Und welche Formen der Zusammenarbeit braucht es, damit dieser Wandel nicht nur diskutiert, sondern gemeinsam gestaltet wird? Im Rahmen des Zurich AI Festival 2026 veranstalten der Impact Hub Zürich und die Stiftung Team Ensemble gemeinsam diesen interaktiven Workshop. Wir bringen Akteur:innen aus Wirtschaft, Bildung, Forschung, öffentlichen Institutionen und Zivilgesellschaft an einen Tisch. Gemeinsam verbinden wir unterschiedliche Erfahrungen, machen bestehende Spannungsfelder sichtbar und identifizieren konkrete Handlungsfelder für die Arbeitswelt von morgen. Das Event findet auf Deutsch statt. Anmeldung ist erforderlich, da die Plätze sehr limitiert sind, Bestätigung erfolgt durch den Gastgeber. Im Anschluss laden wir herzlich zu einem Apéro ein.

Physical AI is leaving the lab - what does it take to make it work in the real world? “AI Meets Reality – Testing the Future of Autonomous Systems” explores the journey from prototype to deployment, highlighting the critical role of testing, validation and collaboration in bringing safe and trustworthy autonomous systems into everyday life. Hosted by LINA, a joint initiative of ZHAW, UZH, ZHdK and a growing network of industry partners, the event will showcase cutting-edge developments and prototypes, highlighting the journey from research to real-world deployment. Through inspiring talks, live demonstrations and an innovation fair, visitors will gain first-hand insights into how breakthrough ideas are tested, refined and translated into real-world impact.
