Primary care is broken in remarkably similar ways across very different health systems, and most of the fixes on the table stay stuck at the level of point solutions and pilot purgatory.
In this edition of the Digital Health Cocktail Hour we the bigger question directly: what would it actually take to fix primary care, globally, and why are the tools already proving themselves elsewhere (agentic systems, AI-native workflows, and more) still treated with suspicion in Europe?
