19:00: Dror Cohen, Founder @ Tinker Labs - "Solo Dev to Solo Factory — how I automate a one-person game studio"
Dror Cohen is the solo developer behind Power Inc, a bootstrapped incremental game that has been a running business for years. In this talk, Dror shares how he turns a one-person studio into an automated machine — offloading the grunt work to agents, and unlocking capabilities once reserved for well-funded studios, now running at a fraction of the cost.

20:00: Yuri Sokolov, Game Developer / Content Creator @ Engine Room Games - "Do You Need to Be a Good Programmer? ... or How to Annoy a Bunch of Game Developers"
How solo projects can ship on bad practices, why survivorship bias hides the cost, and where good code starts matter - in teams and live-service games.
