Course Overview:
DASA – DevOps Professional: Enable and Scale (Pro) is a two day workshop designed to build on DevOps fundamentals and focus on four essential skill areas: courage, teambuilding, leadership, and continuous improvement. The workshop combines DevOps theory, pragmatic examples, exercises, interactive group discussions, and role plays to help participants understand how to apply these skills in real-world DevOps environments. Participants receive a Course Completion Certificate upon successful completion.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to explain the importance of DevOps culture and the aspects that influence it, understand why courage, teambuilding, leadership, and continuous improvement are required, recognize team behaviors and dysfunctions, form and assess DevOps teams, analyze value streams, and facilitate tools such as retrospectives, story mapping, and structured problem-solving workshops.
