Abrir un negocio físico en España implica mucho más que encontrar un local y empezar una obra.
Este taller práctico presencial ha sido diseñado para ofrecer una visión clara, práctica y estructurada de ese recorrido, ayudando a emprendedores y empresarios a tomar mejores decisiones desde el inicio y a evitar errores que suelen generar retrasos, sobrecostes o bloqueos durante la apertura.
Durante la sesión se abordarán los principales pasos que deben considerarse antes de abrir un negocio físico, con un enfoque realista y orientado a negocio.
Edgar Doniz es arquitecto y CEO de RETAILAB , con más de 25 años de experiencia internacional en el desarrollo y apertura de negocios físicos para grandes marcas de retail y restauración. A lo largo de su carrera ha trabajado en proyectos para Grupo Vips, ALSEA, Papa John’s, Restalia y Starbucks International, y ha gestionado más de 5.000 aperturas en distintos países. Actualmente lidera desde RETAILAB la expansión de marcas en toda Europa, colaborando con clientes como Mango y Kave Home.
El taller práctico tendrá una duración de 3 horas , e incluirá un espacio final de networking , pensado para compartir impresiones, resolver dudas y conectar con otros profesionales y emprendedores.
