Builders on the Green
About this event
Join Mintlify and Entire for an evening of mini golf, arcade games, drinks, and good conversation during GitHub Universe.
We’re bringing together a curated group of engineering, developer, and technical leaders for a relaxed night away from the conference floor. No panels, no pitches, just a chance to meet other people building and leading technical teams.
We’ll have the space to ourselves with unlimited golf + arcade games, plus plenty of time to hang out, grab a drink, and take in views of Alcatraz from the patio.
Space is limited and attendance will be curated to create a great mix of builders and technical leaders.

Are We Running Too Many Agents?
Have you read ETOOMANYTHINGS? Run Fewer Agents, the recent blog post by exe co-founder Josh? Everyone seems to be building software factories these days. More agents, more tasks running in parallel, more dashboards to keep track of everything. But is more actually better? The post sparked a fun discussion online, and we thought it would be even more fun to continue the conversation in person. Speakers Josh Bleecher Snyder, co-founder of exe Josh Wills, engineering at DatologyAI Beyang Liu, amplifying human agency at Amp, prev. founder of Sourcegraph This will also be our first "official" exe.dev meetup, and we'd love to meet you all! We'll have a few short, actually technical talks followed by an open Q&A and discussion. Come share your thoughts and hang out with other developers thinking about these problems. Food and drinks sponsored by our friends at Sentry.

How to Get Customers to Actually Pay
Product-market fit with Rob Snyder 🍻 Rob Snyder spent two years struggling to find product-market fit. After a last-minute pivot, his startup went from $0 to $4M in annual recurring revenue in the next two years. If you’re doing demo after demo, following up endlessly and still struggling to close, how do you know whether to change your pitch, your product or who you’re selling to? Join Founders on Tap for a workshop with Rob Snyder, founder, product-market fit advisor and author of The Power of PULL. Using his push vs. pull framework, we’ll explore why some sales take constant convincing, how to find customers with a reason to buy now and how to build around what they’re already trying to accomplish. We’ll get into: Why someone can have a problem, like your solution and still never buy. How to spot real demand in customer conversations. What makes your product a priority instead of a “maybe later.” How to turn one customer’s success into something you can repeat. For founders looking for their first paying customers or wondering why every new sale still feels so hard. Bring your questions about your own startup for the Q&A, grab a drink and meet other founders figuring it out alongside you. About the speaker Rob Snyder is a founder, product-market fit advisor and author of The Power of PULL. He grew his first startup from $0 to $4M in annual recurring revenue in two years and developed the PULL framework to help founders understand what makes customers buy.
