Austin Chief of Staff Meetup: AI Demo Night

SEP9
17:00

About this event

We're excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Austin for another evening of learning, networking, and practical AI demonstrations.
Following several fantastic gatherings this year, we're continuing to build one of the most engaged Chief of Staff communities in the country by creating opportunities for operators to learn directly from one another.
A special thank you to Kelley Henry for hosting and continuing to grow the Austin Chief of Staff community.
Date & Time: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 · 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM CT
Location: Antone's, Capital Factory
This meetup will take a slightly different format, centered around one question:
How are Chiefs of Staff actually using AI in their day-to-day work?
Rather than listening to a keynote or panel, attendees will learn directly from one another through a series of short, practical demos. Volunteers from the community will each have around five minutes to showcase an AI workflow, prompt, tool, or process that's genuinely helping them become a more effective operator.
Expect real examples, practical takeaways, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share ideas.
When you register, you'll have the opportunity to volunteer to give a short demo if there's something you've built or discovered that others would benefit from seeing.
What to expect
Lightning AI demos from fellow Chiefs of Staff
Practical workflows, prompts, and tools you can apply immediately
Interactive discussion and Q&A
Meaningful conversations with fellow Chiefs of Staff and operators
Drinks, networking, and new connections
Who is this event for?
This meetup is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders' Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
Please include your current job title and company so we can verify your role and approve your registration.
If you'd like to volunteer to present a short AI demo, let us know when you register. We'd love to showcase practical example
