About this event

We're excited to host our very first Longevity Houston event. Join us for a city hike through the Arboretum, a nice way to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with like-minded people.

Total distance: 2.30 miles
We'll start with a round of intros and an official welcome from the Longevity Houston community. Then, at around 6:30 pm, we'll start our hike through the Arboretum at an easy pace.
The hike will take about 45 minutes-1 hour. Afterwards, we'll go for dinner to continue our chats (we'll decide on the spot).
Note: Parking by the Arboretum is $6.50
Expect a mix of light exercise, fresh air, moments of quiet presence, and good chats with people who care about their health and wellbeing, all set in a lesser known, natural environment.
