Join us for the next AI Breakfast — Berlin's largest AI networking event series.
How can AI help German industry manage energy more intelligently, reduce costs, and strengthen competitiveness?
From procurement and battery storage to EV truck charging and flexibility management, AI is beginning to reshape how industrial companies consume, optimise and manage energy. But where are the real use cases today and what will it take to scale them across the German industrial landscape?
Over coffee and conversation, our panel of founders, operators and investors will discuss practical applications, technical bottlenecks and the opportunities ahead for AI-powered energy solutions in industry.
Our panel
• Merlin Lauenburg — Founder & CEO, Fluxara
• Jonathan Schulte — CTO, Einklang
• Rasmus Rothe — Founder & General Partner, Merantix Capital
• Miguel Conty — Co-founder, METEORIC
About Panel:
Merlin Lauenburg: Merlin Lauenburg is the Founder and CEO of Fluxara, an AI-powered energy operating system for electrified logistics. Fluxara helps logistics operators beat the market by leveraging e-trucks as flex assets and turning energy into an operational edge. Before founding Fluxara, Merlin scaled Tibber Germany, helping to build one of Europe’s largest household-based virtual power plants. Previously, he built energy and heating businesses at Viessmann and worked with Rocket Internet.
Jonathan Schulte: Jonathan Schulte is founder and CTO of Einklang, a next generation B2B energy supplier. Einklang doesn't just deliver electricity, but optimizes the customer's site with battery storage and software. Jonathan is responsible for Einklang OS, an energy management system that turns behind-the-meter batteries into multi-use assets, combining PV-optimization, grid-fee optimization and trading. His mission: cheap and renewable energy for commercial and industrial sites in Europe.
Rasmus Rothe: Dr. Rasmus Rothe is a leading German AI computer scientist, entrepreneur, and General Partne
