AI Governance and Advanced Practice — Programme #2

Using AI well at the individual level is necessary. It isn't sufficient. Somewhere in your organisation, AI is already running through two or three departments — informally, without a policy, without anyone checking outputs against anything. Programme 2 is about building the controls, the audit trail, and the policy that make that use defensible — and answering the harder question underneath all three: what do you want your board to say about this in two years? This programme prepares leaders to have that answer before someone else asks for it.

Target Audience: This programme is for professionals who've completed Programme 1 and are ready to move from personal risk practice to organisational accountability. It is suitable for:

Compliance and risk owners accountable for what AI produces
Department heads who'll be asked to answer for AI use in their function

Programme 1 attendance is required. This isn't an entry point — it's where accountability begins.
