He previously worked at Nord Security and Brainly and is an active speaker, event organiser, and mentor in the design community. In Defense of Slow Work: Developing Craft and Taste as Design Skills — Wojtek Dziedzic (Senior Product Designer at Superhuman) Can good design be objective, or is beauty always in the eye of the beholder? Wojtek explores how designers can develop taste and craft through patience, rigour, and deliberate practice, even as AI pushes the industry towards ever-greater speed. Our second speaker is Fruzsina Soós (Head of Business Operations at Wise) Fruzsina is Head of Business Operations for Wise Business, having spent over eight years at Wise in customer service, team leadership, and knowledge management roles. From Prompt to Production: What a Real AI Pilot Taught Us — Fruzsina Soós (Head of Business Operations at Wise) Fruzsina will share how they validated an AI proof of concept using a no-code platform (Credal), moving fast to prove value before investing in full engineering. She'll walk through the real friction of getting from a working pilot to something production-ready — data governance, cross-team buy-in, and the "messy middle" nobody talks about.
