Upper Hill Eye and Laser Centre

Upper Hill Eye and Laser Centre (UHEAL) is a private eye care centre in Nairobi that leases operating theatre space to ophthalmologists, provides specialized diagnostic eye services, and subsidizes a mobile outreach unit delivering sight-saving services for low-income and diabetic patients. It is located within Upper Hill Medical Centre and was founded by ophthalmologist Dr. Kibata to expand access to specialized eye care in Kenya and East Africa.
