Plasana Medical is a medtech spin-off from the Laboratoire de Physique du Plasma (École Polytechnique / CNRS) developing a cold-plasma medical device to accelerate healing of chronic wounds (eg. cutaneous ulcers, pressure sores and diabetic foot wounds). The company has completed preclinical validation, plans first human investigation in 2025 and targets CE marking in 2027.
