A company controlled by the BaltCap Infrastructure Fund is developing a multifunctional national stadium and public complex in Vilnius under a 25-year public-private concession agreement with the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports and Vilnius City Municipality. The project includes sports, cultural, and community facilities with a total concession value of €280 million and an estimated CAPEX of around €100 million.
