The London Institute for Healthcare Engineering (LIHE) is a joint initiative led by King’s College London and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, embedded within St Thomas’ Hospital campus. It aims to accelerate the translation of medical technology innovations from bench to bedside by collocating academic research, clinical expertise, and industry partners in a dedicated physical space.
