Jeddah Central Development Company

Jeddah Central Development Company is a Saudi Arabia-based developer established in 2019 to deliver the Jeddah Central giga-development in Jeddah on the Red Sea coast. Backed by the Public Investment Fund and chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the multi-phase project includes a 9.5 km waterfront, a 2.1 km beach, a world-class marina and landmark components such as an opera house, museum, sports stadium, oceanarium and marine research/coral farms.
