EWEC is the sole procurer and bulk supplier of water and electricity for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and other Emirates, responsible for planning, forecasting, purchasing and system dispatch of power and desalinated water. It manages procurement agreements across a portfolio of conventional and low‑carbon generation and desalination plants, including large-scale solar PV, nuclear and reverse‑osmosis facilities.
