CamGene Therapeutics is developing RNA-based therapeutics to address the underlying cellular dysfunction that causes hearing loss, an area where no restorative treatments currently exist. Their approach uses lipid-nanoparticle (LNP) delivered RNA therapies, including mRNA, siRNA, and antisense oligonucleotides, to modulate protein expression and regenerate or protect key cochlear cells, with the goal of creating the first mass-market therapeutic solution for hearing loss.
